If one of my neighbors were radaring me as I drove through the hood I'd flip them off every time. If you have an issue with people's speed, then petition the local government to change the speed limit for that particular curve. Until then, people are perfectly allowed to travel as they like within the set speed limitations. Don't be a douche.
