Getting others involved is a good move if you feel it needs to be changed, but how is he in the right for sitting around radaring people? It does **** all. Dude has no authority to do anything if someone is going over the limit so what is the point besides pissing people off and causing them to drive more aggressive in that area to spite the radar douche.
