Wow!

Found this on one of the Giants forums - Enjoy...

Quote:
“We got our ass kicked tonight,” running back C.J. Anderson said.

I’ve never seen a Denver team so utterly unprepared after it had 13 days to prepare for a game. Vance Joseph might be a leader of men, as he was advertised. But where is he leading them?

“It's bull****,” defensive lineman Derek Wolfe said. “We've gotta clean this **** up.”

That — whatever that was — was the worst: Mile High turns on Broncos in "pathetic" loss to New York Giants:

Quote:
Don’t credit the Giants. Discredit the Broncos. They were embarrassed by an 0-5 team playing without its top four wide receivers, $84-million pass rusher and with its head coach seemingly on the firing block.

The Denver Post: Broncos report card and game balls from Week 6 against the Giants

The Broncos didn’t have an answer for the Giants on either end of the ball
Grades

Offense: D
The back-to-back 16-point efforts seemed explosive by comparison. The Broncos could produce no consistent rhythm in any facet. Penalties, sacks, turnovers and missed assignments were just a few of the culprits.

Defense: C
The Broncos failed to adjust to tight end Evan Engram, who consistently made big plays in the passing game. A 47-yard run by Orleans Darkwa in the first quarter nearly matched the Broncos’ average per-game yield on the ground.

Special teams: C-
Two missed field goals by Brandon McManus, one of which was partly blocked, were among the biggest issues. The Broncos blocked a field goal late in the game.

Coaching: D
The Broncos, coming off a bye week, didn’t have an answer for the Giants on either end of the ball, appearing overmatched against a team that entered the game 0-5 and devastated by injuries.

Look at it through their eyes. You’re coming off a bye week playing an 0-5 team who is as decimated at WR as you could possibly imagine and are missing 8 projected starters...They come into your stadium and dominate you. It’s pretty alarming. Last night tells me more about Denver than it does the Giants. The Broncos have a pretty rough next month of a schedule too. I would not be surprised if last night was the start of a 5 game losing streak. We will look up and see the Broncos 3-6 or 4-5 a month from now.

Maybe they should fire Elway. He is the one that presented them with the exciting quarterback decision of Semien or Osweiller.
Denver's next four games:
@ Chargers
@ Chiefs
@ Eagles
@ Patriots
