Did we "steal" Harrison Butker from the Panthers? Maybe they were trying to get cute with keeping him stashed away somewhere for another year, but that just means they didn't value him enough to put him on the 53. If you put a guy on your practice squad, you put him there with the knowledge that at any point he will no longer be on your team.

Any team can ****ing sign other practice squad players. We did it with Butker. We also did it with Jamell Fleming (he had a couple of "just good enough for the Chiefs to get by" games in 2014).

It's not stealing. It's not poaching. It's called NFL free ****ing agency.
