Looking back he wasn't perfect. He was excellent with later round picks and UDFA signings saving us money. He was horrible at top tier contracts and when it came to retaining talent costing us money. A bizarre combination of traits.
I don't like the timing or how he was let go but there's something else we don't know, clearly...
