BTW the McRibb is one of the healthiest sandwich offerings McDonalds has.
The calories are estimated at 480 per sandwich (and if you consider the insanely high carb/calorie count due to sugar in the BBQ sauce) about 1/4th of the calories can be removed by just "cleaning" that sloppy McRibb...
