I watched it last night with a focus on Houston. The truth is the defense isn't getting in near enough 3rd & longs to allow the rushers to really go after the QB. Also, he's still dropping into coverage WAY too much. There's no other threat opposite of him so he gets chipped by backs and TEs a ton. Eli, much like Carr did earlier in the season, got rid of the ball extremely fast on Sunday.
And despite all of these factors, Houston still managed 5 QB pressures against NY. He still made a few tremendous plays in run defense. I promise, he's still a force. He's just got a lot of things going against him right now.
