In order of frustration:
  1. 49er backups
  2. 1st round playoff exits
  3. Lack of QB drafting and development
  4. Wasting extremely talented athletes dreams of a Championship
  5. Finding ways to lose aka. 'same shit different year'

I'll stick to 5 for the sake of brevity.
