This team has been "cursed" because they've never invested properly in the QB position. They take QB's other teams know aren't good enough to get it done, then when they need that QB to make the drive to win the game, or to elevate the players around him, they have a guy who can't.
This is why teams like Pittsburgh, or New England, or Green Bay etc who have a stud at QB can overcome fluke plays. Or can get that late 4th quarter scoring drive the put the game away.
Next year begins a new chapter here. One where we invest in our own QB. And we play a guy we believed in from the start to be able to get it done. It's a completely new direction for the franchise. And it's about ****ing time.
