WHY NOT SEND A MESSAGE TO YOUR FRANCHISE/CURRENT STAFF THAT STATUS QUO IS NO LONGER ACCEPTABLE AND ACCOUNTABILITY WILL BE DEMANDED?

Instead we get more of the same.
