The Q landscape down here is barren. Its lathered with this sweet and I mean really sweet sauce. Thats what they like.
Zarda would be the best Q down here by far.
I recently got some Joes KC shipped down here. Burnt ends, Ribs and Brisket. It was a gastronomical orgasm. They have been able to develop a fantastic process to freeze and then serve some of the best Q in the USA, anywhere in the USA.
