Wonder what Alex say in all this trade stuff is? Does he have any say in where he goes since he's still under contract or no, just curious? Some guys just say no and wont go certain places and I wonder since Alex has made bank over the years if he'd veto a trade to say Cleveland and just retire? Be interesting going forward.
Whatever the Jags have to offer to outbid Cleveland, they should do it for sure. We all know windows close fast in the NFL once the younger talent hits FA and wants / deserves to be paid. Teams can unravel real fast. Alex would come pretty cheap as far as a top 10 qb goes and would put them over the top IMO.
