Now...it is the Chiefs and a very Chief thing to do to spite their fanbase would be to Trade Mahomes for the Browns 1st and 4th pick and restructure and extend Alex Smith. I would cease being a Chiefs fan at this point.
I know that the Chiefs currently only have 4 picks. But I expect that number to rise. Nick Foles is starting in the AFCCG. He will get a comp pick. Probably a 4th. If I'm not mistaken, I think that we also have draft picks from players traded away. I think they're all 7th rounders but don't we have picks coming for Marcus Cooper, Isaah Battle, and David King?
