In the 2018 playoffs, the average points scored per team per game is 22.75
So that seems to mean that to win in 2018, 8 and 10 years removed from the super bowls you are using as a reference, you would have to score 23 points to win using the law of averages. Go figure that 23 points would have beat the titans.
