Actually Philly fans have a reputation for being especially harsh on their players. Doesn't matter who it is, if he's underperforming Philly fans are known to be brutal to them
Peters was underperforming in the early part of 2017. Peters would have been heckled in Philly, both for underperformance and for his protest.
