This isn’t Madden, the individual character make up matters. All you MP lovers have never managed a team of any sort, or never dealt with a cancerous individual. When you have a cancer you must cut it out. Any compensation for MP is a huge W. Deal with it, the guy is an All Pro talent with huge emotional intelligence flaws.
