It's kind of hard to blame the current regime for mistakes from 20 years ago. Clark has just taken over from his dad over the last 10 years or so. He has shown the ability to move on from decisions he makes that doesn't work whether it's the GM or coach. Lamar was loyal to a fault. CH hasn't made the right call every time but acts like he's trying.
