Although an entirely different scenario, this kind of related to Peters and the Chiefs organization. While Peters excels at his skilled profession, his attitude is detrimental to the team as a whole.

This is a great take and something I was about to post myself. Outside of sports, what employer would put up with someone like him? You owe it to the rest of the group to remove that person.
