That's a nice shot at Andy Reid's coaching staff from a 31 year old HC.
Super talented players are rare and when you have a super talented player who is just entering the prime of his career, as a coaching staff you find a way to make it work, regardless of how high maintenance he may be (and most of the allegations... i.e. fighting his mom, punching walls, etc. are fake news bullshit).
