I think there's a huge difference between being aloof or quiet or even a bit angry as opposed to constant meltdowns and distractions.
Peters has been a distraction since college, which is why he's been essentially booted from both teams that initially thought he'd be easier to manage.
Clearly, he brought this upon himself.
