I think that's a stretch but they're definitely the best team in the NFC West until proven otherwise.
I don't think anyone is putting them in the same stratosphere as the Eagles, Vikings or Saints, all of whom are clearly ahead of them in terms of their current programs, but it would be shocking to see them miss the playoffs.
