Looking for some help. Here's the short version....

We're a family of 6. I've been to Disney World more than I can count, but it's been at least 6 years since I've been back. All my kids have been, but have never stayed on property. We've generally rented a house off property to stay because it's a bit more cost friendly for a family our size.

But, before they get too old (currently 19, 13, 12, & 10 years old) and more involved in sports than they already are, I want to get everyone out for one last Disney family vacation.....and stay on property so that they can enjoy everything Disney. Trip is planned for 2019 sometime. No actual dates set yet. Likely looking just after the end of school next year.

I very quickly looked and it appears that there are several resorts with rooms for 5+ people. Pricing ranges from $500/night on up.

I'm looking for any tips/suggestions/advice for a larger family trip that you might have. Better to book 2 rooms vs. paying for 1 large room? Best place for a large family with pre-teen/teenage kids to stay?
