There are no good options because Mozeliak is bad at his job and signed the clown to begin with.
You either start him, trade him or bench him. Cutting him outright should get Mozeliak fired. He's not demonstrated the aptitude since Luhnow left to set $95 million on fire like he'd have done with Leake and Fowler and keep his job.
Figure it out, gents. You get paid a lot of money for this stuff. Find a plan or find new employment.
