But we were up in Denver. (Got to see DaFace - What up!)
While we were up there we ate at Salt Grass Steakhouse. I don’t get too wound up about steakhouses because I can turn out pretty decent charred cow, but I had a bone in ribeye and it was super legit. I should have grabbed a picture but **** it was good.
I didn’t even look at the ticket. The menu said market price LOL but definitely hit up the place if you’re ever there.

We went to a new steakhouse last night. It was super dim, so I doubt I’d have been able to photograph it anyway.

This place is old school fine dining. Cart service, domed entrees (klosch, I think it’s called?), amuse bouche, sorbet, bon bond to finish. Cost isn’t outrageous, but it’s a special occasion place at $40-$50 per person if you’re ordering their dry aged steaks.
