I understand what you’re saying about Miller/Houston, but I’m pointing out that by your logic Miller has only been consistent over the last 3 years, not dominant. Shit, you could also say there hasn’t been a dominant edge rusher in the league since then if you are going to say that. I agree with your take that they shouldn’t give him what he’s asking for, but I don’t agree that he’s not a dominant edge rusher.
