The TV contract runs out after next year. There's been reports that negotiations for a new one have started happening but nothing concrete yet. I imagine the benefits will kick in after next year. But I also think that's a huge reason why Dayton keeps trying to put out the idea that they're planning to compete next year. They don't want to go into multi million dollar negotiations saying "oh yeah! we're not going to compete until 2021!"
