The current rules are:
1. You can't touch the quarterback's head.
2. You can't touch the quarterback below the quadriceps.
3. You can't touch the quarterback unless one of your own feet is on the ground.
4. You can't touch the quarterback while falling if your weight might land on him.
5. You can't touch Tom Brady at all.
6. You can't pull the quarterback to the ground without asking his permission.
