I think the real question is the bullpen. If they build a decent bullpen at all we should definitely avoid 100 losses but if it's Maurer and Boyer types we won't be very good.

I'm not saying it's a play-off team, but could very well be a .500-ish squad that's in the conversation due to a weak division until late August/early September.
There were a few relievers doing very well at AAA that they didn't waste a year of service at the MLB level due to it being a lost season. I expect they'll start the season in KC...and you know...it's not an extreme reach to see meaningful August baseball next year.
