That loss is squarely on Gruden and Carr...
Gruden for not kicking the FG
Gruden for calling a TO when they didn't need to and stopping the clock
Carr for consistently not running the play clock down before snapping the ball.
If Carr just runs the clock down to 4 or 5 seconds then Denver had no time to kick that FG. It was completely ****ed up clock managment
