Sort of indicates they're thinking of the Chiefs, if this is true. Hard to imagine them trading for Bell since he's a 6 yr RB that isn't happy with $14,544,000 this season and turned down a $70M deal already.

Unless some other team steps up, Chiefs still have a good shot. 2 second rounders is too much. Could see a 2019 2nd rounder and a lower round pick in 2020. (Or maybe swapping picks in 2020.)
