I have been a platinum Delta passenger for years and have had great experiences and few to little delays. I am shocked that they treated a Platinum like this, they are the top tier of flyers and probably spend $25-35K a year on tickets. Delta is normally very customer service focused, and this time they "gave a shit" just not in the right manner.
