If Smith was as bad as some of you argue, we wouldn't have gotten what we did trading Smith at this point in his career, nobody is going to expect him to turn over a new leaf.
But whatever. I'm thrilled the team gave up on game manager and rolled the dice for a QB with a huge upside.

Smiff is an accurate reflection of the mediocrity of the league overall, a complete and total, "let's just all save our jobs"-kind of QB that offers nothing to fans who want to see their team actually DO something in life.
I generally feel nothing for other fan bases, but Washington has my complete sympathy.
