Just a quick tip on posting these bad boys (you can take it or leave it, totally up to you):
You can click on "Share" right underneath any YouTube video. Once there, you can click on "Embed" and simply copy/paste that text directly into your post.
The REALLY cool thing is that you can tell it to start from any point in the video time line. For example, the Martindale part starts around 2:30 in the video. If you check mark the box titled "Start at," you can then specify where you want your embedded video to start.
