Chiefs, obviously, arent paying another WR $6-8 million in 2019. I doubt he's going to take a one year "prove it" gig...he might though. Mahomes/Reid would be about as good as you can get to restart your career. Manning made a lot WRs dough over the years.

Who knows, maybe he'd see the value of spending a full year to bolster his numbers and reputation. Maybe (
) he'd take a discount to stay on a legitimate SB contending team. Hell, maybe he'd be willing to slide into a hybrid WR/TE role. If he proves worthwhile I'd be all for him staying around... Especially since Sammy will likely miss more time next year too.
