Chargers had stability at the most important position and despite injuries, still had talent. I don't see any of those projections as going out on a limb, they were all playing it safe. It's what they do.

Yep, everyone except Elway knew the Donks were going to stink it up this year.
Thank God he didn't move up and draft Mahomes. He might have 60 TD's in that thin air with solid defense on the other side of the ball. It would be depressing watching him beat us 3 times (twice at home) to start his career.
That is what Elway as a player did to us for years.
