They've obviously had better outings over the last 2 games, so it would stand to reason that more has been done other than just changing up play calling duties.

The 4 man front is helping, too - one play vs the Colts yesterday had Houston and Ford lined up down and on the same side, and they destroyed the Oline and Andrew Suck. They lined up Speaks with his hand on the ground up front, they found match ups and exploited them.
The 4 man front allows the LBs to flow to the ball better.
