No...under those circumstances, you dump it off before the D is in your grille. He was attempting to deliver the ball downfield, ergo, one should assume he saw an open receiver. Luck looked slow, mentally, in the decision-making area. And the rest of the Colts weren't much better.
That fumble by KC on a return which bounced 4-5 yards UPFIELD, towards where the Colts should have rushing.....but no Colt within camera range, and recovered by the Chiefs...? Their TE, Ebron, dropped at least two gimmes, stopping the Colts in their tracks! The four points AV missed!
And still the Chiefs struggled to stay ahead in that game? They better plan to step it up a couple of notches this week or it will a long day for them and their fans.
