Clark pays these guys MILLIONS to do what they do best, build and coach football teams. He's letting them do their jobs. He's trying not to be Jerruh Jones (which is a BAD thing).
It's not that he doesn't care, it's that he's the Chairman, not the GM or coach. He hired other people to do that.
I don't know how you can sit here and say he "ignored" the issues with Herm - he fired him after 3 years. He fired Scott Pioli after 4.
He's absolutely TRYING. It just took him a little while to git gud.

One of us read the post wrong.
I read it as that was his PERCEPTION of hunt at that time. Now he realizes he was wrong the whole time.
