Baby spring mix salad. Added cilantro, red & green onion, tomato, peas, roasted corn, 6oz. chicken breast. Dressing was 1tbsp homemade ranch, juice of half a lime, squiggle of olive oil, couple twists of salt and pepper. Dessert was a half of a purple sweet potato with butter, cinnamon and sugar
