It cracks me up that people don't think it's a HUGE franchise. There are almost as many movies in the MCU as there are Bond movies, and they've done it in about 1/5th the time. The MCU has outsold both Star Wars and Bond in tickets by a wide margin.

Right, but that's like comparing salmonella-induced diarrhea to a post-Thanksgiving dump. Sure, there's a ton of output in a very short amount of time, but it lacks substance and quality.
