His picks from last year need to show some output and benefit in our defense this year, some more than others. And assuming we even attend day 2 of the draft and beyond, his picks from here on out need to hit at a minimum of 45% success, which is where Dorsey was at when he left.
In short, his game is lacking and he needs to turn it on and turn it around. He needs to produce.

I've got a couple of friends going apeshit over this trade as if it's the best thing the team has done. I'm just sitting here shaking my head, not saying a damn thing while they text away about.
I'm so damned tired of the chiefs giving up multiple picks to obtain players while basically giving away our players. It's not that I didn't agree with cutting ties with most of them, but the value we got in return was garbage.
