Seeing this contract structure makes me feel like Veach is going to go super aggressive for PP (DB) Type elite player.

Basically 2 year window, win super bowl hopefully... Then start mini-rebuild. Basically saying "**** the draft for next two years, we will use that capital to win a SB now and get back to drafting 2021"
