The Chiefs go with Juan Thornhill, a selection has Steve Spagnuolo written all over it. Andy Reid essentially just confirmed that Juan Thornhill & Tyrann Mathieu can both be versatile in the back end of the secondary. He says both players can be interchangeable per situation of the game & scheme. Thornhill wants to play football so badly that he basically said he’ll play every position in the secondary & be the Chiefs’ kicker if needed.” —Nate Taylor
