Well as of right now Tyreek is innocent and not even charged with a crime.
He is being investigated, and soon we will know if he is even charged with something, that then will need to be proved beyond a reasonable doubt it court.
But go ahead and continue asking for his head on a platter for a mistake that he made 3+ years ago, that he already paid for and his record was expunged.
