Do you dispute that either 1) the first commercially successful cartoon completely changed what people thought of as what a movie even is or that 2) Mickey Mouse has had a huge influence on pop culture? Those are the two criteria you mentioned. I don't think that it's even debatable that both of those traits are far stronger for Steamboat Willie than they were for Star Wars.

I'm not arguing that it SHOULD be at the top of this competition. I'm just suggesting that your criteria are clearly a bit flawed.
