You're totally right, I know that's how it works...but how many accountants do these athletes need to keep it all straight. It's crazy. It seems like if you're playing for a team, you represent that team and are working for that team when you're playing, no matter where.
I could make a legal case that Chris Owings should pay taxes to the city we play against no matter where the game is because he's doing more good for them.
