No I definitely believe Hill was an abusive parent but his abuse was out of ignorance. Think his heart was in the right place in that he was trying to discipline his kid but he had absolutely no clue how to do it. When you add the baggage of his past it looks worse. He needs parental counseling and anger management.
His girl on the other hand is completely psychotic and her behavior only promotes his. They both need counseling and he needs to stay the **** away from her.
