I'm a vocal supporter of the Puppy Jake Foundation. I have seen with my own eyes the difference a dog can make in the life of a veteran with PTSD.

The difference between this scenario and Puppy Jake is that Puppy Jake doesn't bread the dogs or train them. They just help pay for it. There's so many parties involved that simple fraud is virtually eliminated.
