My buddy and his son got a Turkey yesterday morning so we brined it for 8 hours and then injected and deep fried it. Another guy showed up with a 36 inch blue cat so we cleaned and fried it too.

We ate good. Home made mac and cheese and potato salad and corn on the cob.
