I really don't expect much or he would've said something. It's probably a stalemate where the first side to talk loses. Aka, typical negotiations. The Cardinals know how desperate the team and their fan-base is to get this done, so I'm glad we're still bluffing and haven't shown our cards - no pun intended. The longer we wait, the better the deal we get right?
Step back and look at it logically. Do you really think he's going back to the Cardinals after all this? While possible, not at all likely.
